a shitty long weekend..

So the long weekends are deemed to be the most anticipated 'short' holidays in a working year. As much as I had anticipated this long Foundation day weekend, it turned out to be quite boring and uneventful.

It might sound a little bit unfair to say that it was uneventful because it was some what eventful on the 'family' side of things. My relatives from KK arrived in Perth last Wednesday to make their first appearance since the Immigration department granted them their PR's. We had dinner together on Friday night at our usual family spot, Regal on Roe, followed by a small family gathering at the Chai's crib. The food was great and there is no denying that the family gossip was goooood - it totally woke up my brain cells.

Unfortunately babe had to work on the Sunday which kinda sucked but hey I got to do a little bit of policy studying which I had been delaying since January. Hah.

This week will be a packed one:

Movies Tuesday night with Mum & Belinda, big ass party at my house for mums birthday, Dinner with Alecia on Thursday or Friday for her 23rd birthday & Ralphs birthday on Saturday night.

So many birthdays this week. Mum & Alecia were both born on the 9th. How special. The two most important women in my life, celebrate the same birth date.

NOT looking forward to Thursday at all - mum is throwing me outside of my boundaries and bringing me to this fucking forum/update shit that requires you to mingle with all the other finance fucktards out there and all that bla bla bla. I hate that shit and quite honestly, i'd chuck a sicky if I could so I'm hoping I come down with the flu this Wednesday. Doh.

Anyway. Don't know what else to blog - nightttttttt.
